  1. 007, damn you’re so crazy with the sponsors! ๐Ÿ™„ This is me rolling my eyes.

What did she do but married the dude that became president??? Did he really say that? Michelle Obama is an extremely accomplished woman in her own right. Is he kidding me??!!!

Yessss, agreed! Baron Trump should never ever be ridiculed. Ever!!!!!

I don’t like it when people bring their kids to work either. They can be very distracting.

How do you pick the people you interview? What are the conditions that one has to satisfy in order to become your interviewee?

That’s true, 007, we are all “in the red” all of us! If we ever lose our stream of income we are effed, that definitely worries me.

We are a bunch of consumers. We like to spend and spend and spend. Yes, again you’re right. The more we make we spend. ๐Ÿ˜’ It is a curse!

No one is starving to death in America; but people are starving to death in Third World countries like Jamaica.

Talk to Britchy, I would love to here her British accent.

LOL @ your description of Goldie – “He, she or it”…You’re so crazy, Dude….And if Goldie is reading this please don’t find my laughing disrespectful. I am laughing at 007’s description only.

Hahaha..Thanks for the shout out. That was an apt description of my Blog, actually. Couldn’t have described it better myself. ๐Ÿ˜€

    P.S. Your voice is great.

    1. bottomlesscoffee007

Wow Rakkelle, thanks. You really listened the entire thing. Hats off to you girl. Thank you so very much for the support. I would love to interview you. I am still figuring all of this out, but once I get the means I plan on extending an interview to you.

Anyone and everyone is invited to be a guest on the podcast. I don’t discriminate or censor. whatever they want to talk about is what we discuss.

    1. bottomlesscoffee007

It would be epic….I would really like to do it with a few select. You, Britchy, Goldie, Rue, JM, Victoria. You were the very first Bloggers I ever connected with and you guys have been there for me every step of the way.

      1. It would be my pleasure….You and Britchy are among my first OGs too, and of course Beauty Blogger Heather. Rue keeps popping up (i.e. liking) in your comment section but I don’t think she reads me. She seems cool though and she just gifted me a red, mini skirt I think I’ll start to follow her.๐Ÿ™‚

Never had the pleasure of connecting with Goldie, JM or Victoria.

        1. bottomlesscoffee007

they’re badass bloggers as well Rakkelle. Rue is incredible with her ability for storytelling and JM is amazing at his translations. Goldie is absolutely incredible and Victoria is an amazingly worldly woman.

            1. bottomlesscoffee007

Rue is writing a trilogy: Zion: War of Thrones, JM does a lot of translations from the King James Bible and the Tora I believe, Victoria writes a lot of “today in history” with movies and music and Goldie, SHE writes a lot of fiction.

                1. bottomlesscoffee007

LOL, Goldie is either a woman or an extremely effeminate man possibly gay. Goldie refers to their “partner” so, Im pretty sure I have Goldie all figured out. Im a pretty big chauvinist, so…..in any regard. Its a game that I try to get her to spill the beans, but she hasn’t taken the bait yet.

Im sure you will be entertained with their creative writings Rakkelle.

                    1. bottomlesscoffee007

On my end we are. Who knows what Goldie thinks…either way it really doesn’t change anything.

              1. There is another podcast you had done where you gave me a shout out. You had sent me the link before but I can’t find it. I’m in the mood to listen. Can you put the link here?

              2. The trilogy is not called “Zion: War of Thrones”. That is the title of the last book in the trilogy. The three books are titled:
                Zion: The Rebellion
                Zion: War of Thrones
The trilogy is called the Zion trilogy.

          1. Hi Victoria – Nice to finally and “officially meet” you….Yes, I remember that comment about the short red bus, although I’d much rather a long one ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‰. I am following your Blog now. Liked the most recent review on that Chaplin movie. Interesting piece. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

            1. I’m a music & history nut and, an amateur photographer. I like words and language but, I’m not a ‘writer’ if that makes sense. I can’t write fiction stories or novels or poetry. I can write about my own experiences but, weave stories…nah. I’d probably have an easier time writing technical manuals or something.

              Nice to meet you, too.

        2. No, I haven’t read your blog, Rakkelle. Um, I remember getting notified that you had followed me about two or three maybe 4 weeks ago. I think you even liked some of my posts I did after that.

          1. Hey Rue – You’re right I did follow you and read some of and liked a couple of your blog posts. In the interest of transparency I’ll be honest and let you know that I unfollowed you a couple of weeks after I started following you. Reason? I got no reciprocity from you. I’d rather spend the limited time I have on WordPress following, reading, commenting and liking those Writers who take time out to do the same for me. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m sure you understand.

            1. bottomlesscoffee007

Kickass Rakkelle, hats off to you girl for being honest. Hopefully this will build more followers for both of you and reinforce the importance of engaging with the readers

              1. Greg, my husband, always tells me that the first 3 adjectives he’d use to describe is “honest, real and humble”. I’d rather sexy, gorgeous and beautiful but I’ll go with that. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  2. Ok. So. Podcast #15. I am WAY behind but, thank you for posting it here…not SoundCloud.

And, yes, your asshole does exist. That being expressed, I don’t know what it smells like. Heh.

You are turning into a good interviewer. The Marine you were talking to…he had a lot of difficulty getting his words out & point across. Could have been nervous, I suppose.

I will get to the others. Thanks for the mention. โค

    1. bulldog710

I did have trouble getting my words out. I tend to over think. Thanks for the feedback. Was that your only take away?

      1. Oh, no. That was just an initial observation. You had some good points. Sometimes, it’s harder to do an ‘official’ interview than to have a convo over a beer. The nervousness shows up in ‘ums’ & ‘you knows’, in general terms. Coffee’s first podcast was like that. He is, now, smoothing out. It’s a process.

Nice to meet you, Bulldog! I pegged you right off when I heard MEPS & MOS. If Coffee hadn’t already told you, I was married to The Corps for 12 years and I was issued to a 2691 E-8. He used to joke that a 2600 could do the job of an 02 but, the reverse wasn’t true. Heh. Nothing wrong with his ego.

        Semper Fi, love. โค

        1. I was a musician in the Army for 12 years. My baby cousin (20yo) is in the Corp and sucking it up in the infantry with the Pacific Fleet in Kaneohe Bay. Thanks for the encouragement and feedback. Much love and respect to my Marine brothers and sisters. I look forward to future conversations.

          1. Well, you certainly talk like a Marine. But, I love vets. I have been, in a way, swimming in the Dept. Of The Navy since I was 15 with a ‘teen years’ friend, an ex-hubby Marine & the Navy/Seabee/VN vet that is my, now, significant other.

Looking back, I wish someone had suggested to my 10 year old self to stick with the flute and go after a position with ‘The President’s Own’. That is awesome. Instrument?

            1. Trumpet/bugle
I think I talked with coffee about all the funeral details I did. It was because a huge (yuge…lol) part of my job was playing Taps, both overseas in combat and in garrison. I loved the ride. Sometimes I wish I could go back, but then I remember how much I hated weigh-ins.

              1. Yeah. You did mention funeral detail. My ex did those, too. He was part of a two man team that did the front door visit. He hated it.

Wow. A real bugler. I’ve seen way too many wakes with fake buglers & recorded music. Good for you.

  3. You are right about being careful with money – once we get it, we should be careful how much we spend, and not go spending all at once.
Thank you for the shout out! I did not expect that!
Goldie would be good to interview – we could hear the voice and know without a doubt the gender.
I would love to do a podcast with you! Trouble is, I don’t know what to talk about. Maybe you could give me some ideas? Or lead the conversation (that would be easier for me).

        1. bottomlesscoffee007

Thatโ€™s the thing Rue, I leave it up to the guest. David talked about infidelity…..Whatever and I mean whatever the guest wants to talk about is where we begin.

            1. bottomlesscoffee007

Thatโ€™s what I need to figure out. I need to find a way where I donโ€™t have to give out my number.

                    1. bottomlesscoffee007

I donโ€™t know, I donโ€™t have Skype. I should really look into that though. Iโ€™ll check it out today and let you know.

                    2. Oh, okay. Just a suggestion, you can give me the number in private email (on my contact page). I promise I won’t tell or bother you with calls or anything like that.
Just a suggestion. Don’t if you would rather not.

  4. Bulldog710

Youre right Rakkelle. She is accomplished in her own right. Im familiar with her work as First Lady with her Let’s Move initiative. Outside of the Obama’s time in office I dont know where her work as an attorney took her. Im gonna read up on her some today to get a more well-rounded perspective.

My problem is that no one is so accomplished that they should use their position, accomplishments, and platform to shame people into seeing things like them in an attempt to shift voters. I feel like that is what happened during the interview I watched and I would not be surprised if that continues to be the tone and tactics of our 2020 election. I can see how that point was lost in the way I chose to express that sentiment the moment.

I appreciate you challenging me on my words. Iron sharpens iron. I like that the comment can give me a chance to offer clarity and expound on the podcast.

    1. Bulldog, doesn’t all the “accomplished” people and or politicians do it though? Use their platform to speak negatively about the other side? I mean, isn’t that how politics work (unfortunately)?

Which interview with Michelle Obama are you talking about? I think I might have seen it. Is it the one with Robin Roberts, the ABC anchor?

      1. Rakkelle,
For sure. Its the nature of the beast. I dont like it because Im an issue voter more than a party voter so I hear stuff from both sides that piss me off. The interview with the former First Lady was the one that I saw the most recent that grinded my gears. Im not sure which interview it was though.

        1. Gotcha! Being an issue voter as opposed to a party voter is actually cool because it allows you to properly weigh both sides of the coin and make an educated vote.

You sound like a man that’s open to listening to both sides. It’s all good.
